Joe was honored to join the NBC Olympic broadcast team in Beijing this past summer as the Canoe/Kayak Color Analyst. Over the 11 days of canoe/kayak competition including 16 medal races, he called the Whitewater events with Tour de France host, Craig Hummer and then the Flatwater events with Winter Sports broadcast legend, Tim Ryan. Joe’s work in Beijing included broadcast on the NBC network and daily updates and blogs on NBCOlympics.com
